"Product Chat And Bug Reports" section has been created in order to serve the customers better. I, the developer, needs feedback to improve my games. However, you need to abide by some rules before posting which are stated below:
1. This section is not for spammers. If you are here to spam, then, think again. Your account will be terminated without warning!
2. Customers who found the bug(s) in NightmareZ game, and want to report it to the developer. I urge you to post it here. However, you have to be a registered user of this forum. You can register in this forum in minutes and your account will be activated instantly.
3. While posting about the Bug, please follow the guideline given below:
>Give a proper title, for instance, "Game has stopped working". You should write a proper, meaningful title which is easier to understand.
>Try to describe the problem you are facing in detail. The more details you provide, the easier it becomes to solve the issues.
>If you have not registered your account here, please use the email address which you have used while purchasing the game when signing up for an account. It will be easier to identify the customer and it is more likely that your problem gets solved faster than ever.
>You can also attach a screenshot of the problem, and it will make my work easier.
4. This is also the section where you can post about your problems like order incomplete, order failed, or perhaps you have not received your Steam key. I will try my best to fulfill my commitment. I will give you a Steam key to your email address if you have purchased through Fastspring or Itchio.
5. But you need to follow the guidelines while posting about the Steam Key request mentioned below:
>Give a proper title like, "Haven't got the Steam key yet" like that.
>In Body section, mention where you purchased the game, whether through Fastspring or Itchio.
>If you want the key to be sent to your email address it is requested that you send an email with the purchase receipt via Amaxang Games support through Fastspring or Itchio or Indiegamestand or Indiegala or Bundle Stars stores. You can PM me if necessary.
